ZhiFormix™ SE-01 is a starch ether designed to fine-tune rheology and application behavior in cement- and gypsum-based dry-mix formulations.
Used at relatively low addition levels, it can support anti-sag performance, consistency and smoother application while working together with cellulose ethers such as HPMC and HEMC.
SE-01 is intended for formulations where application feel, shape retention and workability require further adjustment beyond basic viscosity and water retention.
Helps mortar remain stable on vertical surfaces.
Supports smoother spreading, trowelling and finishing.
Helps fine-tune body and application feel.
Designed to complement cellulose ether-based rheology and water-retention systems.
SE-01 is not intended to replace cellulose ether. It is used to fine-tune application behavior after basic rheology and water retention are established.
