ABOUT ZHIFORMIX

Fine-Tune the Formulation. Make Performance Repeatable.

ZhiFormix™ is the Performance Additives platform of ZHIWEI. We focus on the formulation variables that often determine whether a construction material performs consistently in production and application: flow, air content, setting, rheology, water resistance and dimensional stability.

Our approach is application-led: define the performance target, select the appropriate additive strategy, and validate the result in the complete formulation.

OUR FORMULATION APPROACH

From Formulation Problem to Validated Grade

01

Define the Performance Target

Identify the binder system, application and property to control—flow, air, setting, rheology, water resistance or shrinkage.

02

Select the Additive Strategy

Match the chemistry and grade to the formulation target, binder system and processing conditions.

03

Validate in the Complete Formulation

Confirm dosage, compatibility and performance in the actual formulation before production use.

WHY ZHIFORMIX?

Built Around Formulation Performance

Application-Oriented Selection

Match the grade to the application and binder system.

Binder-System Compatibility

Evaluate interactions across cement, gypsum and blended binders.

Performance Verification

Test the properties that matter in the finished formulation.

Batch-to-Batch Repeatability

Build toward consistent performance from lab test to production.

Share your binder system, application and performance target with our team.

FAQs

Our general question

What types of construction additives does ZhiFormix offer?

ZhiFormix offers polycarboxylate superplasticizers, powder defoamers, gypsum and cement set-control additives, starch ether, powder water repellents, conventional superplasticizers, shrinkage-control additives, calcium formate and specialty polymer additives for construction formulations.

How do I select the right ZhiFormix grade?

Start with the binder system, application, target performance, operating temperature and required working time. Final grade selection should be validated in the complete formulation rather than based on one isolated product parameter.

Can ZhiFormix additives be used with cellulose ether and RDP?

In many formulations, yes. However, compatibility depends on the binder system, additive combination and dosage. Flow, air content, setting, adhesion, strength and storage stability should be evaluated in the actual formulation.

Can I request a sample for formulation testing?

Yes. Share your application, binder system and target performance with us so that the appropriate grade and evaluation direction can be discussed.
